In order to support our exponential growth and international expansion, we are looking for a talented Tech Lead to lead our technology team, reporting directly to the founders of the business.

You will work with a rockstar team of developers and data scientists with over 10k GitHub stars, over 10 nationalities and spread across Europe working remotely.

You will be shipping exciting B2C functionalities to millions of users in several countries.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

Own the product roadmap

Be part of the senior management team to evaluate the company’s product, engineering, and IT roadmaps.
Set the vision for how technology will be used and evolve in the company

Lead and grow the tech team

Leading an existing tech team of 20+ Developers
Building a high performing, effective team and organizational structure.
Recruiting, mentoring and coaching current and future developers.

Own overall architecture and code quality

Performing code reviews, reading pull requests, challenging design decisions.

KEY SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

You are a passionate developer and you have become an absolute master of your trade BUT now you are ready to lead and empower other people instead of doing everything yourself.
You have already led teams of developers successfully and you enjoyed it.
You are an expert in Javascript, Unix and all the modern web and AI technologies.
Ability to translate product roadmaps and business goals into running software
Ability to drive a culture of excellence and quality without sacrificing agility or creating heavy processes
An ability to command the respect of development teams based on past successes and methods of communication/leadership
A demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments in a company effectively including but not limited to revenue, marketing, product management, and finance
