**RETAIL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - **9 MONTHS MISSION**:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Retail Operations Coordinator will support the operations of our internal boutiques and the implementation of retail projects enhancing client experience and store performance in the network.

Based on the cooperation between retail operations, boutiques as well as all other departments, he/she will work transversally with all stakeholders while ensuring the alignment with Cartier commercial policies and procedures.

Acting as a key partner to the market's general management, the role is also a cross functional one in collaboration with all departments (Commercial, Communication & Client).

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Support new launches, trainings, monitoring and tracking issues, proposing enhancements on **digital tools and systems**
- Follow-up on actions and animations related to the yearly **boutique action plans**
- Assist on spearheads the **Boutique Flows** projects for all Swiss boutiques. Ensures the implementation of workshops, the follow-up of action in a timely manner as well as a regular feed-up to the central team.
- Implement and co-creation of new projects related to **Boutique Renovations** as well as boutiques moves.
- **Boutique Operations Manual**: Provides feedback to retail operations team in terms of existing and changing procedures.
- Work closely with boutique on **procedures** such as counting, inventories
- Assist on **Corporate Social Responsibility** action plan for boutique
- Works closely with the **STAGE** Cartier retail lab in order to implement new projects and ensure these are in line with operational requirements as well as reality
- Liaise with **HJ dept and Event** Dept. if needed

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in general business management
- You have an analytical mindset and strong project management skills
- You a significant experience in project management and retail knowledge
- You possess a strong interest in digital
- Able to act independently in an environment with various stakeholders and high uncertainty level
- A team player who is able to get things done through working collaboratively with cross-functional departments
- Jewelry knowledge and experience working with retail functions
- Ability to easily connect with people of different origins, cultures and language background.
- You speak French & English fluently, another swiss language a plus
