- Do you want to provide financial transparency in a dynamic environment? Do you want to find the story behind the numbers and facilitate efficient decision making in financial matters?
Within our Finance & Controlling team, we are looking for a Controller in Zurich to support our internal clients make sound financial decisions. You will be part of an experienced and professional team whose responsibilities include financial performance measurement and analytics and the management of the budgeting and forecasting cycles.**What would your role be?**
- Support your business partner in a broad variety of critical processes. Most notably: month-end financial statements, product and client reporting, deviation analysis, forecasting and budgeting, and overall business function performance.
- Process documentation and efficiency.
- Middle office transition of operational processes.
- Implementation of a benefits realization structure for project impact.
- Respond to ad hoc requests using available information (e.g. SAP, Workday, information from business areas).
- Support internal and group wide projects.

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling or Accounting in the banking industry.
- Sound knowledge of data structure, analysis and reconciliation.
- The ability to understand data flows and the ability to explain them in an understandable manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with results-oriented mind-set.
- Written & spoken English, German is a plus.
