You will also benefit from opportunities for professional development and growth within a global organization.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead and develop a high-performing Controlling team focused on market and B2B activitiesDrive budgeting, forecasting and performance management across product categories, retail, wholesale and B2B channels for all business units.Partner with commercial and sales teams to optimize sales performance, margin management, promotional effectiveness and cost efficiency.Drive the central Controlling and Finance agenda with local general managers and controllersProvide senior management with comprehensive market and channel analysis, financial insights, driving decisions on portfolio mix, investments, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations.Provide support for central and corporate functions by handling cost control matters, including cost management, planning, analysis, and reporting of insights with strategic decision-making recommendations.Ensure robust and accurate reporting with internal and external financial standards.Design and improve controlling frameworks, tools, and KPIs for global market performance oversight and identify growth opportunities.Support investment cases, and long-term strategic planning.About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:University degree, preferably in economics, business administration, business accounting, or financeMinimum 8+ years of senior experience in Controlling, FP&A or Commercial Finance, ideally in a multinational environment from the FMCG, luxury/fashion retailing, or consulting industriesProven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing global stakeholdersStrong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, problem solving and financial modelling skillsProviding a business and commercial acumen with a proactive, independent, and consulting-style mindsetExcellent communication skills, including an ability to summarize complex issues into simple, concise messages and recommendationsExperience of working in a matrix organization and collaborating with other functional teamsFluent oral and written communications skills in EnglishAdvanced proficiency in SAP BW, Power BI and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (incl. financial data modelling and scenario analysis) and PowerPointWhat we offerYou can expect a range of benefits, including:Swarovski products discountsFull coverage of accident insuranceAttractive pension fund conditionsSubsidized public transportation or free parkingEmployee canteen with buffetMasters of Light Since 1895Swarovski creates beautiful crystal-based products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.Founded in 1895 in Austria, the company designs, manufactures and sells the world's finest crystal, gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds and zirconia, jewelry, and accessories, as well as crystal objects and home accessories.
