Member of the La Prairie Board of Directors team and responsible to define and lead the Supply Chain strategic roadmap, strongly linked with the La Prairie vision & business needs as well with the Beiersdorf SC strategies.

This role reports functionally to the VP Supply Chain EUNA at Beiersdorf with a legal reporting line to the CEO of La Prairie Group.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Participate in the development of the overall business strategy as member of the La Prairie Group leadership.
- Lead and steer an aligned SC strategy, linked with Strategic roadmap and Global SC roadmap. Deployment of LPG process and standard to improve cost and SL.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain processes from LPG S&OP, demand planning, customer operations and SC customer collaboration, logistics, value added services, local quality assurance and regulatory affairs as well as supply chain development to identify optimization opportunities and influencing stakeholders to deliver best overall business outcomes.
- Ensure high performance of the Operating Units, including efficiencies by identifying and consolidating synergies (assortment, supply, master data, quality, regulatory, people-GE)
- Liaise with functional stakeholders to ensure effective matrix management of business-critical activities.
- Establish and maintain effective supply chain and customer management relationships with key customers, suppliers and other partners.
- Responsible for budgeting, project management and oversight of relevant departmental change programs to effectively define and deliver a continuous improvement agenda for own span of control.
- Build a future-fit SC organization (structure, tasks, people, skills, processes & recognition). Develop talent and build succession planning for SC.
- Guide, coach, develop and engage our Supply Chain team with a strong “One Team” mentality to maximize performance. High focus on developing key talent in the business.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or other related disciplines.
- At least 15 years of experience in Supply Chain with proven experienced in end-to-end supply chain and value optimization.
- At least 3 years in a senior level position with experience of overseeing/managing key supply chain processes such as Planning, S&OP, Procurement, Customer Services.
- Experience and comfortable to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and complex environment. Resilient and Strong “can-do” attitude.
- Experience in developing and leading high-performing teams in very competitive & volatile environment.
- Strong relationship-builder and communicator who effectively connects with external and internal stakeholders on all hierarchy levels.
- Comfortable in working cross functionally and cross countries and taking a meaningful role in driving the business strategy. International experience and mindset.
- Language: high proficiency in written/spoken English - mandatory.
