Für unseren erfolgreichen, international tätigen Kunden, in der Produktion und Vermarktung eines schweizer Produkts, suchen wir per sofort eine*n Chief Supply Chain Manager.

**Aufgaben**
- Strategische Planung und Umsetzung einer globalen Supply-Chain-Strategie
- Weiterbringen des Wachstums und der Internationalisierung
- Aufbau, Pflege und Optimierung von Beziehungen zu Lieferanten weltweit. Verhandlung von Verträgen, Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards und Kosteneinsparungen.
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb der Supply Chain, Implementierung von Best Practices und Einführung neuer Technologien zur Effizienzsteigerung.
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 2 Mitarbeitern sowie externen Partnern

**Anforderungen**
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Supply-Chain-Management
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Optimierung globaler Lieferketten sowie im Management komplexer Logistikprozesse
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache ist von grossem Vorteil
