**Proxy Direct Procurement Product Owner**

We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Manufacturing Business Capabilities Department as **Proxy Direct Procurement Product Owne**r. The Manufacturing Business Capabilities Department supports digital transformation of the Manufacturing activities within technology innovations, processes and flows, from suppliers to distribution center through our manufactures.

In this role, you will materialize the “Direct Procurement” product strategy that will serve the business sponsors and prioritize technology features based on the guidance of the Product Area Solution Architect and the business processes and rules guidance of the BPI(s). You will clarify requirements with the Maisons and Functions and support the product team in its understanding of the backlog and context. Working closely with the Business Sponsor who owns the product area vision, you will own the budget and is responsible for implementing the product roadmap, manage the product backlog and the product lifecycle. You will be accountable for the creation (meeting the definition of Ready criteria) and prioritization of features (functional and technical) in the product backlog (sprint level as well as the quarterly increment) and business demand management, aligning these with the Product Area Manager, Senior Product Owner, BPI(s) and the Solution Architect.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Develop and promote the product vision and roadmap, managing the product backlog
Engage business sponsor and product teams in maintaining a consistent product vision
End-to-end responsibility for the product (entire product lifecycle) and implementing user stories
Exchange with stakeholders / Product Users and clarification of team queries
Delegation of tasks in order to develop ownership, coordinate technical requirements
Qualification of requirements and produce user stories and relative prioritization by value (customer benefit / profit) in the product backlog
Coordinate UAT
Evaluate product progress: reporting on key topics / KPIs
Align with other product owners on overarching topics

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

You have at least 5 years of experience in products/ projects management, including multinational and innovative environnement
You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain or a Master’s degree in Business Administration
You possess knowledge of procurement collaborative platform (Alibaba) and SAP ERP Module (MM,MM-PUR)
You have successful experience in facilitation, change management, and cross-business areas problem solving
You are comfortable with collaborative solutions for product management
You are an expert in Agile Product Management framework/methodologies (SAFE, SCRUM, Design Thinking )
You are able to anticipate change through technologies
You are at ease with data and you possess strong capacity of analysis & synthesis
You have strong problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
You are a good listener
You are able to present ideas in a user-friendly or executive language at different management levels up to C-Level, motivate and inspire teams with client vision
You possess a Strong customer orientation
You are team-oriented
You are fluent in English and French
Consulting experience is an asset
