A team aiming at accelerating business through technology is waiting for you to step up and have an impact on our Group transformation” CONTEXT As part of the new Group Platforms department, Richemont is looking to establish a very dynamic Product Management team. This new team will be structured around key capabilities that support our Maisons’ value chain strategy. The traceability Product Owner will be the interface between the Group Maisons, Central Functions and the technical teams delivering the solutions supporting the business needs related to traceability within the product organization framework. He/she will ensure the deployment of the technical foundations for traceability within the Group while covering specific use cases related to regulation and conformity, but also client engagement, operational efficiency or quality tracking and improvement. He/she will gather business use cases, perform discoveries, translate the business needs into user stories and prioritize those stories based on business value. He/she will ensure the delivery of those stories by technical teams following an agile framework, working closely with Group Technology counterparts forming the Traceability Product Team. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT? - You will build and own the vision of your traceability Product. - You will be accountable for your Product budget and roadmap. - You will identify use cases and business needs through your collaboration with Maisons and Group Function stakeholders. - You will challenge Maisons requests to ensure proper understanding of the needs, and potential interest of other Maisons/Stakeholders. - You will have an end-to-end view of the current and future user needs and journeys of your product - You will arbitrate your product backlog prioritization based on business value/ ROI and team capacity. - You will follow the delivery of your Product solutions with the Product team, adopting Agile methodology - You will participate to agile ceremonies, and will organize sprint reviews - You will ensure the functional conformity of the delivered solutions (business rules, legal, security, etc.) - You will follow the product practices of the Manufacturing & CS product area, to ensure efficiency and harmonization of practices for our business stakeholders - You will identify and support coordination with cross-program dependencies with other products or products areas - You will continuously seek to improve your Product to meet Business outcomes, tracking user feedback, benefits, adoption and usage through objectives and key results (OKRs). - You will support the Group Data Transformation with the support of Group Data Product Owner and by leveraging AI. - You will work in close collaboration with the GT colleagues and leverage the Group Federated Platforms. - You will contribute to the global Group Platform Product Transformation. DIMENSIONS - 5-10 years’ experience in products/projects management, in multinational and/or innovative environment, in Manufacturing or Supply Chain. - Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualifications. - Excellent Business acumen, strong customer orientation - Successful experience in facilitation, change management, and cross-business areas problem solving. - Expertise in collaborative solutions for product management and Agile framework/methodologies. - Experience in implementing PO techniques (e.g. customer journeys, personas, discovery, …). - Experience in End-to-End projects, related to traceability is a plus - Ability to anticipate change through technologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills. - Influential and communication skills, good listener. - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Proficiency in English is mandatory.
