We are now looking for an accomplished and driven **Vice President Vertical Healthcare**. In this role, you will work with different partners to drive business success through a variety of products, digital solutions, and services. In addition, you will play a key role in developing and aligning the healthcare strategy for Siemens Smart Infrastructure based on customer goals and their journey towards the next generation of smart hospitals and you will collaborate with multiple entities within Siemens.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop a healthcare strategy for Siemens Smart Infrastructure based on customer needs and goals and their journey towards the next generation of smart hospitals
- Co-create a value proposition for Siemens Smart Infrastructure based on our technology ecosystem and focus on digitalization
- Identify market potential and gaps and develop growth paths, while working with international teams
- Serve as the liaison between technology, marketing, and sales to drive business results
- Develop the go-to-market strategy and manage the sales budget

**Your skills and experience**:

- 12+ years of experience in the healthcare technology field, with a background in technical sales or marketing
- Strong understanding of the smart infrastructure industry, including products and solutions
- Experience developing and managing partnership agreements with key players in the healthcare ecosystem
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with senior leaders and adapting to different cultures
