Compound manager. Temporary contractor (3-4 months)
Location : Basel, Switzerland
**Responsibilities**:
- Assists the compound managers in organizing the compounds inventory
- Manually produces solutions from milligram amounts of neat compounds
- Measures volume of the prepared solutions
- Tracks various transfer steps through the use of a software system
- Maintains lab and ensures equipment is clean and safe ** Requirements**

- 6+ months of applicable experience within chemistry laboratory setting.
- BSc / MSc Degree or equivalent in a related chemistry discipline.
- Hands-on experience in sample management and an excellent understanding of the underlying processes.
- Strong experience of lab automation technology.
- Experience operating, various liquid handlers and other instrumentation.
- Experience with LIMS, automation and databases a plus.
- Experience working across multiple teams and functionalities.
- Problem-solving skills to overcome any challenges that may arise.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
