Research Associate - Compound profiling (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Basel Stadt Start date: asap Reference number: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Responsibilities Perform compound validation assays, with a primary focus on biochemical methods Contribute to the identification of small-molecule molecular glues by supporting the screening team Manage internal compound logistics and support the optimization of related workflows Characterize and validate candidate molecular glues using biochemical, biophysical, and cellular approaches Troubleshoot and refine compound profiling protocols Keep accurate, detailed laboratory records; analyze data, and present results in internal project meetings Collaborate closely with biology and chemistry teams to ensure timely delivery of profiling data for discovery programs Coordinate and monitor outsourced experiments at CROs as needed Profile BSc/MSc in a life science discipline or completed laboratory technician training Robust relevant industry experience, ideally in Pharma or Biotech Strong background in biochemical assay development and execution, particularly high-throughput fluorescence-based techniques Proven experience in quantitative data analysis and interpretation of biochemical assays Familiarity with compound library management and database systems is a strong plus Benefits A great team: Work in a motivated and helpful team State-of-the-art laboratory equipment
