Nous recherchons donc un(e) Sales and Logistics Coordinator (H/F), rattaché à la direction commerciale, basé(e) dans notre site de La Neuveville (BE) en Suisse. En tant que Sales and Logistics Coordinator vous aurez notamment la charge de la relation et des commandes clients et contribuerez ainsi au développement du chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise en binôme avec les Key Account Manager (KAM). **Missions**: - Suivi administratif des commandes (référencement, facturation, création de compte, gestion des paiements) - Saisie de données dans l’ERP en lien avec le tableau de bord de suivi des affaires commerciales - Gestion et suivi de la logistique - Suivi quotidien des différents projets et commandes, - Assurer le reporting et la coordination aux usines, aux KAMs et à la direction, - Communication directe avec les clients et les usines, **Compétences**: - Anglais professionnel écrit & oral (avec aisance pour communication orale), - l’Allemand serait un atout - Maitrise indispensable d’Excel/ Google Sheets - Connaissance de base du fonctionnement d’un ERP (ABACUS ou équivalent (Pro - concept, SAP, )) - Connaissance de la logistique dans un contexte international (Incoterm, documents - douaniers, facturation et réglementations étrangères), - Bonne qualité relationnelle, - Être polyvalent et autonome **Qualités humaines**: - Sens relationnel - Tenace, méthodique et organisé (e) - Esprit start-up - Autonome - Le goût du travail en équipe - Solution provider Type d'emploi : CDD Durée du contrat : 8 mois Programmation: - Du Lundi au Vendredi Lieu du poste : En présentiel
