Senior-Position im technischen Vertrieb und Business Development mit regionaler Verantwortung für den DACH-Markt. Die Rolle richtet sich an sehr erfahrene Sales-Profile aus der Elektronik- und Halbleiterindustrie, mit klarem Fokus auf Connectivity-, RFID- und Wireless-Lösungen. ⚠️ Diese Position ist nicht geeignet für klassische Software-Sales-Profile. Verantwortlichkeiten Verantwortung für Field Sales & Business Development im DACH-Raum Entwicklung und Umsetzung der regionalen Vertriebsstrategie Gewinnung neuer Kunden, Applikationen und Marktsegmente Betreuung bestehender Key Accounts über den gesamten Sales-Zyklus Verkauf komplexer, technischer Lösungen von der Design-Phase bis zur Serienproduktion Aufbau und Steuerung von Distributoren, Repräsentanten und Vertriebspartnern Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Engineering, R&D, Legal, Supply Chain) Führung kommerzieller Verhandlungen und Abschluss von Entwicklungs- und Lieferverträgen Aufbau von Beziehungen auf Engineering-, Einkaufs- und C-Level-Ebene Analyse des Wettbewerbsumfelds und Ableitung von Markt- und Produktimpulsen Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit im Rahmen von Kunden- und Partnerterminen Anforderungsprofil Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Technologie- oder Halbleiterlösungen Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit ASICs, Mixed-Signal ICs, BLE, NFC, RFID, Sensoren oder Wireless-Technologien Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Verkauf von Connectivity- und RFID-Lösungen Starkes Netzwerk im DACH-Raum, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Deutschland Erfahrung mit langen Sales-Zyklen und komplexen technischen Entscheidungsprozessen Technischer Hintergrund (z. B. Elektrotechnik / Halbleiter) zwingend erforderlich Sehr hohe Eigenständigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Abschlussstärke Fließend Deutsch und Englisch Französisch von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend Benefits Senior-Position mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und regionaler Verantwortung (DACH) Direkter Zugang zu anspruchsvollen Halbleiter- und Connectivity-Technologien Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, R&D und Management Langfristige, stabile Rolle in einem technologiegetriebenen Umfeld Klar definierter Verantwortungsbereich und Entscheidungsbefugnisse
