**Chemicals Management & Lab Workflow Lead (M/F/d) - GMP/Pharma/Production**
**Project**: For a company in the field of diagnostic product development, we are looking for an experienced specialist to coordinate and optimize laboratory processes and chemicals management in the area of PCR-based analysis methods (BSL-2/3).
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Responsibility for laboratory capacity planning, chemical management and safety requirements
- Structuring and optimizing laboratory processes: material procurement, storage, inventory management
- Collaboration in the development of PCR-based diagnostic tests (infectious diseases, oncology, genetics)
- Interface to internal teams (research, quality, operations)
- Support with validation, method transfer and documentation
- Leading a small team (2-3 employees)
**Requirements**:
- Training as a biomedical analyst (HF), laboratory technician (biology/chemistry/diagnostics) or BSc/MSc Life Sciences
- 2 years of professional experience in a laboratory environment (ideally PCR, molecular biology or chemistry)
- Experience with chemical safety and laboratory logistics
- First management experience (from 1 year)
- Very structured, proactive and team-oriented way of working
**Languages**:
- Fluent German (C1 / C2 level)
- Good English (from B2 level)
