Join Axpo Services AG as a Digital Procurement Project Manager and lead the implementation of a strategic roadmap for digital procurement initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to drive innovation, manage complex integrations, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
**What you will do**:
- Lead digital procurement projects aligned with Axpo’s digitalization roadmap.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Finance, and Business teams to define functional and technical requirements.
- Ensure seamless system integration with platforms like SAP, SAP Ariba, and Beeline.
- Manage multi-disciplinary project streams, focusing on deadlines, quality, and business value.
- Oversee testing, validate system configurations, and lead defect resolution for smooth go-lives.
**What you bring & who you are**:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Several years of experience leading procurement digitalization projects, ideally in an international setting.
- Expertise in managing IT implementation projects using methodologies like Agile or PRINCE2.
- Strong knowledge of procurement technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba, Beeline) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
