In this role, you will oversee and lead the execution of system projects to our customers in Mining, Aluminum and Cement industries worldwide, working together with highly motivated and experienced international team. Reporting to the Project Management Office Group Manager you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project

**This position reports to**:
Project Operations Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Being accountable for project execution from contact award until the end of warranty period, including site services
- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Managing the development of project execution plan
- Analyzing and addressing project risks and opportunities, regularly disseminating lessons learned
- Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations, changes and claims with customers and suppliers, developing winning strategies

**Your background**:

- A degree (FH, university) in the areas of electrical or mechanical engineering, additional degree in economic disciplines is an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of Project Management, ideally in mining, Oil & Gas or other heavy industries with a global exposure
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors
- Knowledge of common project management processes, tools and techniques
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages such as German or Spanish are of advantage
- Willingness to travel around 10% of working time
