**Description**

Project Manager responsible for the SLA and Service projects

Lead and executes Service Level Agreements, ensures that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

Full responsibility for keeping acceptable response time, agreed delivery dates, calculated costs, and high quality.

Establishes and maintains effective relationships to understand customer needs. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process for initial support to project completion.

Identifies potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and technically evaluates supplier offers to check match with specifications. Close collaboration with Supply Chain Management to coordinate requests and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
