**Delivery Manager H/F**:
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Travailler en tant que membre d'une équipe agile de spécialistes des services gérés, du support et de la banque privée.
- Assurer la construction du tableau de bord pour les clients
- Effectuer des tâches techniques pour résoudre les problèmes, gérer des projets, suivre les métriques de service.
- Avoir déjà travaillé avec un outil de billetterie.
- Entretenir des relations positives avec les clients.
- Établir des partenariats et assurer la liaison avec les chefs d'équipe pour déterminer les services de l'entreprise, les critères de livraison et les solutions aux problèmes.
- Avoir une attirance pour les services de support ou de production (run, suivi d'exécution, résolution de tickets).

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- 5 ans d'expérience avec des diplômes universitaires,
- Connaissance d'ITIL
- Une expérience dans la gestion d'actifs, la Banque Privée serait un vrai plus.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais associée à la capacité de communiquer de manière claire et concise (la maîtrise de l'allemand est un plus)
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de rédaction
- Bonne résistance au stress.
- Fort esprit d'équipe et capacité à établir des relations positives et collaboratives avec toutes les équipes en Suisse et Near Shore
