We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our Marketing Division, coach our teams and develop and drive the company strategy as member of the management team. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position plays a significant role in shaping our future success.

**Responsibilities+Tasks**

Marketing Strategy:

- Oversee the product management life cycle of our product portfolio from initial design to go-to-market strategy and market maturity until possible market exits
- Provide data driven benchmarks and insights to our global sales and marketing teams as well as to management, including market intelligence identifying risks and potentials
- Organize effective marketing communication

Business Management:

- Focus on growth and digitalization of conducting business with our sales organizations and customers around the globe aligning strategies and monitoring their execution
- Elaborate, present, and monitor the yearly budgets for your division and influence the definition and achievement of our company targets and goals through OKRs
- Continuously measure and monitor performance indicators and develop methodologies that truly simplify our processes

People Management:

- Build and manage high-performing marketing teams to achieve operational excellence for the entire marketing division
- Share your experience and knowledge through coaching and developing the teams and people to excel in their careers

**Profile+Qualification**
- Fascination with software related products, a strong marketing background with experience in product management and a degree in business management (or similar area)
- A growth mindset, agile practices as a daily toolset, and an unwavering commitment to achieve goals
- A proven leadership record, i.e. successfully developed others to excel in their tasks and careers
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in an agile culture and to make difficult decisions
- An energetic, inspiring, and visionary personality, with ability to present challenges and ideas
- Excellent fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel Internationally as an integral part of the role
