Digital Marketing Manager

**What is this role about?**
As Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for creating target group specific content for all online and offline channels for our innovative IIOT solutions, together with a team of 4. When planning and implementing content marketing measures along the customer journey, the focus is always on the customer.
**Role + responsibilities**:
- Performance tracking and reporting based on KPI's is in your responsibility in order to identify optimization potentials
- You support with the production of video and animation material
- You always keep an eye on trends and methods in the field of online marketing and recognize potentials for increasing visibility
- You actively work on the further development of websites, content and call-to-actions in order to constantly improve the customer experience
- In addition, you will be involved in various online projects in the area of marketing communication
**Qualification + profile**:
- You have a degree from a university/ university of applied sciences (e.g. communication, online marketing)
- You are a professional in online marketing and have already gained several years of professional experience in the industrial B2B environment (content marketing, SEO, data analysis, UX, marketing automation, social channels)
- In addition, you bring experience in the creation of target group optimized content for all digital touchpoints
- You have experience in layout and image editing as well as video and animation (post production)
- You are no stranger to data analysis, ideally with Google Analytics/ Mapp and you have experience in website programming (HTML, CSS)
- An analytical, goal-oriented as well as networked way of thinking are among your strengths
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
- As a doer, you enjoy working in an agile work environment
- You are a communication professional in German and English
