Do you genuinely enjoy managing relationships with executives, prospects, and clients? - We are looking for a dynamic, visionary and very organized individual - with experience in the philanthropy, social-entrepreneurship, venture capital and/or impact space - to manage our UBS Global Visionaries Program (GV), a program which aims as adding greater value to our clients and our business by engaging with and supporting impact entrepreneurs and changemakers who are tackling the world's biggest social and environmental challenges. - As the UBS Global Visionaries Program Manager you will: - manage the GV experience and value proposition - ensure that all GVs have an outstanding experience with clear outcomes (incl. e.g., capacity building, and events) - lead the business development and client interactions for the GV program - facilitate client/ prospect connections with GVs, and prospect referrals to GWM, IB, and P&C. You will promote the program internally and externally - drive impact projects - Lead and contribute to projects aiming at positioning UBS as the trusted impact advisor and build an impact economy - drive process optimization and risk - oversee and propose ways to optimize the way we work on a deliver the program; align and ensure legal, risk and compliance sign-off on a yearly basis - be in charge of the reporting - provide the line manager with regular necessary reporting on connections, events, referrals and cross-unit collaboration - finally, as UBS is transitioning towards more agile ways of working, you’ll be dedicating some of your time of other projects that aim at supporting UBS Purpose and strategy **Your team** - You will join the Philanthropy and Impact Insights Team - which aims at delivering one-bank approach to world-class, impactful thought leadership and client experience delivered at scale and aligned with our purpose - to position UBS as the trusted impact advisor and build an impact economy. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - project management and/or relationship management experience - highly organized, business minded, and with the ability to deliver an outstanding experience to our GVs and our clients (internal and external) - love engaging with people, strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to speak about UBS’s work in an articulate, professional, and compelling manner to diverse audiences - unafraid to take up challenges with a "get-it-done" mindset and able to manage multiple demands and projects in a timely manner. - a true passion for the philanthropy and impact space - and ideally experience in the space - agile mindset and ability to adapt and work in an ever-changing environment - real team player willing to adapt to shifting priorities to deliver together - very committed, a fast learner, and fun team player - strong English writing and speaking skills, and ideally at least one other language - hold a Master degree in a relevant field, or at least a Bachelor, with significant relevant professional experience **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
