- develop and maintain a program roadmap, manage the solutions and align with business objectives and client needs, including related strategy throughout product’s delivery lifecycle
- define project objectives and deliverables with the involved partners, structures and plan the project with flexibility to integrate latest adaptations
- drive projects front to back (content, timelines, costs, effort, quality, benefits, issues, risks, dependencies) and manage all duties within the area of responsibility
- identify, quantify and manage opportunities as well as inherent and residual risks throughout the project

**Your team**
- In this exciting role (based in Zurich) you will be instrumental to the success of Real Asset Lending Product Management. As part of COO of the Global Lending Unit (GLU), we are responsible for shaping the offering and platform with the goal to serve the financing and lending needs of all UBS clients worldwide.

**Your expertise**
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management role with a proven delivery track record
- detailed know-how of UBS systems and platforms in several locations across the globe
- good understanding of UBS IT platforms and legal entity set-up as well as their workflows
- experience successfully running regulatory and platform change projects in UBS AG highly advantageous
- thorough understanding of Wealth Management and Investment Banking business
- lending product know-how
- ready to take the lead and not afraid of responsibility
- well-organized, flexible and a confident communicator at all levels within the organization
- consensus-driven yet assertive to be able to lead complex tasks to successful delivery
