HR Operations Manager

Optotune & NextLens is a strongly growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial (Optotune) and consumer markets (NextLens).

For our global HR team we are looking for an HR Operations Champion. In this new role, based in Dietikon, Switzerland or Trnava, Slovakia you will be the global process owner for our HR Operations processes and work closely with the entire HR team to define and manage HR Operations on a global as well as a local level. Tasks
- Be the global process owner and manage the full spectrum of HR Operations / HR Services (On/Offboarding, HR Administration, Policies, Time & Attendance and HR Data in our systems), with the operational support of the local team
- Drive continuous and proactive improvement of these HR processes and procedures with focus on digitalization and employee experience
- Co-own our existing HR systems (HRIS core system, Time Tracking) and define systems roadmap - together with VP HR
- Provide regular reporting on relevant KPIs for HR Operations
- Collaborate closely with HR managers in Slovakia and Switzerland to ensure processes are purposeful, lived and have the intended impact in the organization
- Collaborate with our external payroll partners and provide monthly payroll inputs (Switzerland only)
- Lead and build up a global team of HR Operations specialists
- Support group-wide HR projects and initiatives
- This role reports to the VP Human Resources based in Dietikon, Switzerland

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master (Uni or FH) in business administration, psychology or related field. Further education in the field of HR is a plus (HR Fachfrau/Fachmann or CAS)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR, preferably within HR Operations, HR Services or as HR Generalist/Manager
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Understanding of Swiss HR policies, laws and regulations and interest to learn about global practices, particularly in Slovakia and various Asian countries
- Independent, pro-active/entrepreneurial working style with a can-do attitude and willingness to do hands-on work is a must have for us
- Ability and willingness to drive the quality and value of HR through digitalisation and employee experience
- High service and customer orientation as well as attention to detail
- Passion for digital HR
- Very good knowledge of English and German
