Bioanalytical Manager Large Molecules

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Bioanalytical Manager Large Molecules for a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis located in Basel with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on producing a test which precisely detects levels of vitamin C within the body.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- For this role, you will handle and guide analysis of samples and deadlines from pre-clinical and clinical studies for the project at CRO labs.
- Guide bioanalytical methods to produce decision-making bioanalytical data with skilled data comprehension to meet and answer project requirements.
- You will guarantee full compliance with the present international and local bioanalytical assistance and GxP.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the project leader while contributing actively to PS sub teams.
- When needed, you will serve as a bioanalytical leader and network actively with the assay development team.
- Evaluate and author documents for regulatory proposals while assisting in archiving and answering any queries about bioanalytics coming from the regulatory organisations.
- Uphold open links with any other fields within the division and the business.
- Any other assigned duties.
**Requirements**:
- Educated to a degree level in a biology or biochemistry discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on bioanalysis within a pharma or CRO environment which is more ideal, or a scientist role focused on bioanalysis.
- Large molecules bioanalysis work experience.
- Familiarity with supplier management and being responsible for outsourced studies to CROs on an external level.
