The CEO office advises and supports the CEO and the Executive Board in a constant dialogue with management, employees and stakeholders to anchor purpose, values and strategy in the context of environmental social governance. Additionally it owns Alpiq's Business Continuity and Crisis Response processes.
- The role focuses on fostering- Advising Alpiq Group's Crisis Response and Business Continuity Planning and developing it in a community together with the Group Process Responsible
- Facilitating and advising in case of emergency together with the Crisis Response Team and initiating actions to minimize damage for Alpiq Group
- Establishing trusted relations, connectivity and cross collaboration
**Your Accountabilities**:
- Identifying, quantifying and assessing potential business interruption risks and establishing recovery strategies
- Developing, updating and maintaining recovery strategies and plans along the value chain
- Handling of business interruptions in case of claims by acting as crisis facilitator to all involved internal stakeholders
- Supporting a consistent BCM awareness and communication program
- Coaching, empowering and excercicing operational Business Continuity Planning Responsibles
- Personality with integrity, high level of initative, hands-on mentality, positive thinking and humour
- Values transparency, open communication and corporate governance
- Sees herself/himself as a partner and enabler of sustianable econonomic success
- Enjoys challenges and change and lives continious improvement
- Has courage, thinks outside the box and takes unconventional paths in the interest of the company

- Drives Strategic Projects in content and project management
**Your Profile**:
- Degree in economics, business administration or law at the university level or equal qualification ideally with a technical background
- 3 years of professional experience in the industry or consulting
- Lateral leadership and strong project management skills
- Proficient in English and second european language
**Nice to have**:
- Crisis Response & Business Continuity standards (e.g. ISO / BS-Norms), concepts, methods, best practices
- Organizational (Lean / Operational Excellence) Change management
- Officer in Swiss Armed Forces
