As a Regional Agricultural Research Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee operations at the Nestlé Institute of Agricultural Sciences, working in decentralized research facilities, including farms, to shape the institute's mission. You will also contribute to project portfolio facilitation and discoveries translation and implementation.

**A Day in the Life of a Regional Agricultural Research Operations Manager**
- Contribute to the implementation of the Nestlé Institute of Agricultural Sciences’ strategy by establishing a regional network of research farms, and setting up partnerships
- Supervise the integration of the institute's and partners’ research facilities in Europe and facilitate research operations within a global network of research farms
- Advise on maximizing partnerships to fulfill the institute's mission and implement Nestle's agricultural R&D projects in the region
- Manage relevant project operations, budgets, and resources in alignment with Nestlé's corporate requirements.
- Foster collaboration between specialists, R&D units, technical and business units, and external partners.
- Build a network of regional agricultural R&D organizations and oversee the execution of research plans and budgets.
- Coordinate with project leads on agricultural R&D strategy and ensure effective communication within and outside of R&D.
- Establish strong relationships within R&D, operations, and markets.
- Contribute to proposals and bids for new research operations, collaborating within Nestlé Institute of Agricultural Sciences and other Nestlé Research institutes

**What will make you successful**
- Minimum MSc level of education
- 3-5 years of experience in agriculture and operation management.
- Regional experience in managing and coordinating R&D in agriculture
- Strong knowledge of agronomy, and dairy production.
- Good understanding of regional agriculture issues.
- Broad understanding of CAPEX process and management procedures.
- Solid experience in managing projects.
- Experience in setting up external collaborations.
- Language proficiency in English and French, any additional European languages is a plus
