**Position Description**:
Johnson & Johnson is undertaking a major strategic transformation of our Identity and Access Management landscape over the next 3 years. This role will be within our J&J Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) organization, working at the intersection of business strategy, human-centered design, and emerging technology platform/program delivery. It could be office-based or remote in US or EMEA with a capability to overlap 5 hours into Raritan, NJ business day.

As the Direct Product Owner for Authentication and Zero Trust, you will support access and provisioning for all workforce identities to all assets across the business. You will optimize the enforcement of multifactor authentication for critical assets and enablement of single sign on for all other identities. Leveraging SSO and MFA, your team can more effectively manage insider threats and cyber-attacks. In conjunction, a Zero Trust strategy will be implemented to complement the existing authentication processes and strengthen the network.

This role requires technical experience in multiple areas like zero trust strategies, authentication protocols, provisioning and access management, user network access, single sign-on, adaptive, multifactor and passwordless authentication.

**Specific responsibilities**:

- Improves strategies for the delivery of IAM services across J&J’s global footprint. Builds future-ready capabilities to accelerate business growth strategies. Facilitates and coordinates priorities with suppliers, IT Infrastructure Services departments and Business IT groups.
- Creates opportunities for efficiencies through innovative strategic decisions balancing cost and quality while maintaining appropriate levels of compliance and security.
