We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Owner with a strong banking background to join our growing Product team. You can be based out of any of our main locations where we offer a hybrid working model (Bristol, Edinburgh, London, Zurich, Warsaw).

**A role you will love**

We are looking for a **Product Owner - FinTech Infrastructure** to join our Global Plans’ Product team. You will be responsible for core banking functions geared towards our Legal & Compliance infrastructure or books and records functionality.

**Responsibilities**
- As part of the Product Infrastructure team, you have an important role in ensuring the stable foundation supporting our overall product offering

Activities:

- Working with the various stakeholders to understand, align and prioritize the requirements
- Work with the Product Managers and the Business Solution Architects to ensure strategic fit of the implemented solutions
- Actively work on requirements definition and be the bridge between the business needs and the IT solution design and implementation
- Act as the Agile Product Owner

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Background in banking is essential and familiarity with the challenges of providing banking services operationally in a global environment
- Familiarity with compliance aspects in such a global environment
- Experience in projects implementing system functionality to meet legal, compliance or regulatory requirements or ensuring proper maintenance of books and records
- Solid experience as an Agile Product Owner
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable analytical skills and comfortable with complex topics
- Product or project experience that shows your ability to deliver against a strategy or plan would be an additional asset
