Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud/data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support their infrastructure needs and optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions to support data storage, processing, and analysis.
- Implement best practices for cloud infrastructure management, including monitoring, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and informatics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and privacy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven 7 + years of experience in cloud infrastructure management and automation, with a strong preference for AWS.
- Proficiency in programming languages - Python preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data storage, data warehousing, data lakes, data pipelines, data ingestion tools, processing, and analysis solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
