**This position reports to**:
HREX Technology Senior Service Owner.

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- ITIL 4 foundation certification, other ITIL and Lean certifications are nice to have
- Senior stakeholders management and experience with managing multiple stakeholder groups
- Deep knowledge in Vendor Management
- Experience in managing global teams
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Previous experience in process Improvement & Optimization
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
