HREX Technology Senior Service Owner

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- ITIL 4 foundation certification, other ITIL and Lean certifications are nice to have.
- Senior stakeholders management and experience with managing multiple stakeholder groups.
- Deep knowledge in Vendor Management.
- Experience in managing global teams.
- Effective communication and influencing skills.
- Previous experience in process Improvement & Optimization.
- Leadership and Collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
