**Your role**
- Do you enjoy and having experience in dealing with litigation matters?
- We are looking for a dedicated Litigation lawyer to:
- manage or supervise significant civil and criminal litigation cases for the wealth

management, investment bank and asset management divisions in booking center
- Switzerland, often in a cross-border context- report on the bank's litigation risks and mitigation measures to senior management, the Board of Directors, our external and internal auditors and regulators
- advise other legal teams regarding strategic and litigation-related topics, including international legal and administrative assistance
- give clear and concise legal advice to our business functions
- think strategically, making decisions that have real impact for our business, customers and employees

**Your team**
- Litigation Switzerland is a specialist unit in UBS' Group Functions in Zurich. We are responsible for various significant matters for the bank, from litigation to criminal and regulatory matters, on a cross-divisional basis in booking center Switzerland.

**Your expertise**
- admission to the Swiss bar
- relevant litigation, white collar crime and regulatory experience in the legal

profession with a focus on the financial industry; preferably gained at a law firm,
regulator or a cantonal / federal prosecutor's office
- ideally previous exposure to common law jurisdictions
- interest in all aspects of dispute resolution practice, and in being a constructive part of the Swiss arm of a global team to develop a consistent litigation agenda in booking center Switzerland
- a willingness to engage in project work, in coordination with eDiscovery,

Communications, business management as well as other legal and compliance teams and functions across the bank
- you bring a strong written and verbal communicator with a firm judgment
- able to work under pressure in a sometimes fast-paced environment
- fluent in German and English, additional languages are an asset
