Afin de renforcer notre département **« HSE - Health, Safety and Environment»**,** nous recherchons un(e) **« Coordinateur HSE »**.**

**Le Poste**:
Au sein du département Quality, rattaché(e) au Manager HSE, vos principales missions seront le support pour les activités HSE au sein de notre production et dans nos labos, ainsi que le maintien des diverses certifications.

Les responsabilités principales sont les suivantes:

- Support au Manager HSE dans les activités au sein de la production et des laboratoires
- Participer au maintien des normes ISO 45001 et 14001
- Participer au déploiement de la stratégie développement durable du site de Fribourg
- Participer à différents projets santé et sécurité
- Pilotage de groupe de travail en autonomie : Déploiement du LOTO (procédure de consignation), actions « énergie », cotations ergonomiques,
- Piloter l’analyse des risques et environnementale du site
- Animer diverses formations santé, sécurité et environnement
- Déployer au niveau du site de Fribourg des standards Groupe.

**Votre profil**:

- Bachelor ou Master en management des risques industriels, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement ou titre jugé équivalent
- Une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine et en environnement industriel
- Français courant avec de bonnes connaissances de l’anglais
- Bonne capacité à travailler à la fois en équipe et de manière autonome
- Personne sachant prendre des initiatives avec une bonne capacité d’analyse et d’organisation
- Rigoureux, autonome avec un excellent sens du relationnel
