Le site de Fribourg, comptant environ 450 collaborateurs, développe, fabrique et commercialise, dans le monde entier, une gamme complète de capteurs et systèmes électroniques pour le contrôle des moteurs, turbines et autres machines tournantes dans les industries de l'aérospatiale et de l'énergie.

**Le Poste**:
En tant qu’ Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Développer, maintenir et améliorer un système de management HSE conforme à la règlementation Suisse, aux exigences groupe et aux standards ISO 45001/14001
- Evaluer et analyser les risques sécurité au poste de travail et les impacts environnementaux du site et proposer des plans d’amélioration
- Développer et maintenir une culture sécurité et de prévention des accidents dans les domaines HSE
- Assurer l’obtention et le renouvellement des certifications ISO 45001 et 14001
- Soutenir et conseiller la direction et les responsables de départements dans les domaines HSE
- Assurer la formation des personnes dans les domaines HSE
- Organiser et gérer les 1ers secours du site de Fribourg et assurer la fonction de secouriste d’entreprise
- Analyser les causes racines des incidents HSE du site et proposer des actions correctives pour éviter la récurrence
- Représenter l’entreprise auprès des autorités réglementaires (SEN, OFEV, etc.)
- Assurer la fonction de « chargé de sécurité en prévention incendie », être le référent sécurité incendie du site de Fribourg et veiller à la conformité règlementaire du site de Fribourg et proposer à la direction des actions d’amélioration
- Assurer la coordination et l’animation du Business Continuity Plan (BCP) du site de Fribourg en respectant les exigences du groupe
- Piloter et coordonner le processus « Risk Assessment » du site de Fribourg
- Superviser le coordinateur HSE.

**Votre Profil**:

- Formation niveau master ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation dans les domaines santé, sécurité et environnement
- Spécialiste de la sécurité au travail selon la directive MSST
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la sécurité su travail en milieu industriel
- Français et anglais courant
- Proche du terrain, dynamique, rigoureux
- Capable de travailler en autonomie et de proposer des idées d’améliorations.
