The Marketing Partnerships department manages the sponsor and licensing commercial partnerships for UEFA’s Men‘s Club Competitions, providing industry-leading client service while ensuring the full and seamless delivery of all contractual rights and obligations. We strive to streamline and enhance processes, build meaningful relationships, and continuously increase value.
**The role**:
As Marketing Partnerships Executive, you will be integral to the delivery of sponsor partnerships across UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions. You will report to the Marketing Partnerships Manager.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions sponsor partnerships, ensuring best in class delivery of 360-degree marketing campaigns
- Working alongside UEFA’s commercial partners’ activation agencies, ensuring contractual rights and obligations are delivered to the highest standards
- Managing a wide range of competition-related approvals for UEFA’s commercial partners, ranging from onsite activations to the approval of digital campaign materials
- Ensuring effective communication of operational requirements to UEFA’s commercial partners, providing comprehensive briefings on relevant topics and supporting overall operations
- Coordinating digital campaigns and working with UEFA’s commercial partners on a social media campaign from the idea and media plan to the implementation
- Playing a key role at the UEFA Men’s Club Competition Finals each season, including the coordination of fan festival activations, guest experience programmes and overall activity coordination and management
- Preparing and providing input for a wide range of regular reports for UEFA
- Fulfilling important administrative tasks, crucial to the successful delivery of contractual rights
You have experience or can demonstrate a keen interest in sports marketing and/or sponsorship. Your team-player attitude and proactive approach will allow you to offer new ideas and add value to UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions marketing programme. Likewise, it is important that you can efficiently manage projects and your time and are capable of balancing multiple tasks, prioritising them accordingly. Finally, you can communicate with multiple stakeholders, and present your ideas with ease, understanding the importance of putting clients first and delivering work to the highest standards.

The position will be either based at TEAM’s Lucerne or London office and will involve some international travel.
