Media Production Executive

The Media Production team, part of the Partner Operations department, offers trusted consultation and support to UEFA and commercial partners on all operational activities. Specifically, the Media Production team focuses on Media Partners co-ordination and information services, Media Partner booking processes, host broadcaster support, technical delivery, content services and virtual board replacement support.

**The role**:
As Media Production Executive, you will play an invaluable role in providing world-class levels of customer service and assistance to 200+ UEFA Club Competitions broadcast partners worldwide. You will report to the Senior Manager Media Production.
Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Provide broad support for the Media Production team, with a particular focus on the delivery and co-ordination of broadcast graphics, associated information and digital services
- Provide assistance to broadcast partners with their bookings and planned television operations - as part of this wide-ranging role you will be assigned several important broadcast partner accounts to manage from a media production perspective
- Coordinate daily with UEFA colleagues and technical/production supplier partners to ensure the highest levels of rights delivery support
- Provide on-site support at the UEFA Club Competitions Finals as part of the TV Domain, looking after Media Partners’ operations
- Matchweek operations co-ordination for UEFA’s Emerging Competitions (UEFA Youth League and UEFA Futsal Champions League Finals)
- Daily communication with broadcast partners regarding administrative, operational and logístical aspects
- Administrative support for the Media Production & Partnerships team

Ideally, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in sports television production, sports broadcast operations and/or experience in partnerships management. It is important to have strong project management skills with excellent personal time management abilities and with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work. Likewise, your outstanding client servicing mentality and commitment to excellence allows you to deliver at the highest standards.

The position will be based at TEAM’s HQ in Lucerne, Switzerland and will involve some international travel.
