We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded **Trade Marketing Executive CLINIQUE DACH** to lead the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives across all sales channels and retail partners (both online and offline) within the DACH (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) region.

This role is based in Zurich and plays a key part in translating brand strategy into effective customer-focused activities that drive sell-in and sell-out performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Planning and execution** of trade marketing activities across all retail partners (online & offline), aligned with overall brand strategy and tailored to individual customer needs.
- **Budget management and tracking** across all channels, in line with customer agreements and sales targets.
- **Close collaboration**with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Sales/Key Account Management for channel-specific planning and execution.
- **Preparation and execution**of retailer marketing meetings and annual business reviews to align on strategic initiatives and activities.
- **Performance and ROI analysis** of trade marketing activities across all channels, with the development of data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
- **Strong relationship management** with the marketing departments of retail partners to ensure successful implementation, monitoring, and optimization of all marketing activities.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven track record and min. 3 years of work experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational environment. Experience in FMCG is preferred.
- Degree in marketing, communication, business or commercial field.
- Fluent in English and preferably in German. French language skill is an asset.
- Strong understanding of the local market
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and analytical mindset.
- Willingness to travel
