**General Overview**
The Europe/Africa Office, situated in Zurich, is part of the Rotary International Secretariat with its headquarters in Evanston, Illinois/USA. The mission of our 40 employees is to provide efficient and high-quality service to Rotarians in Europe and Africa and support them in attaining the objectives of Rotary.
Our **Club & District Support Team** in Zurich has an opening for a
**Customer Service / Membership Advisor - 100%**
The Netherlands, Turkey, parts of Eastern Europe and Russian Federation
**Your Contributions to the Team**
- You are the main contact person for Rotarians from the assigned regions
- You provide information and guidance to clubs and districts on various administrative issues, e.g., internal procedures, publications, membership online tools, interpretation of policy, as well as other Rotary International programs and activities
- You administer tasks pertaining to the organisation of new clubs
- You collect Best Practices, which allow you to provide extensive support to clubs and districts with regard to their administration procedures
- You engage yourself in teamwork and actively contribute to internal workgroups
- You design and deliver presentations for various training events
**What you bring**
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and at least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in **English** and **Russian** are essential. Additional language skills, e.g. French, German or Italian, are considered an asset
- High team-spirit with the appreciation of working independently
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), including public speaking
- Good organisational skills and excellent MS Office skills
- Keen interest in, and familiarity with the culture of the assigned regions and willingness to travel approximately twice a year
