**Y**our responsibilities will include**:
**Fuelmanagement & Finesmanagement**
- Administration and dispatch of fuel cards
- Processing and coordination of fines

**Vehicle & fleet management (Ayvens Flex Rentals)**
- Vehicle fleet support and reservation management
- Support with vehicle delivery, damage claims, and complaints
- Maintenance and updating of fleet and price data

**Document & mail management**
- Administration and dispatch of on-board documents
- Processing, archiving, and digitization of documents and mail

**Front office & administrative tasks**
- Support with contract changes and administrative processes
- Administration of access and parking permits
- Receiving and forwarding calls and general correspondence
- Organization of office supplies and infrastructure

**Your Profile**:

- Commercial training or comparable qualification (commercial diploma)
- Very good German and English skills, French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services industry
- Precise, careful, and independent way of working
- Sound knowledge of MS OfficeCitrix/SAP experience is an advantage
