Then our Products team of SIX Swiss Exchange wants to hear from you We are a highly specialized team responsible for the development and financial impact of the exchange. You work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to design and improve services for our clients. The Products team is tasked with initiatives across asset classes. Evaluation requires structuring new business services, taking into account market structure practices, client needs, regulatory developments and financials.

**What You Will Do**:

- provide research and market analysis to identify market trends for future initiatives and to monitor the maturity and direction in which launched services are developing across assets
- act as an knowledge holder for existing and future trading services across asset classes and support the technical integration of services provided by the Spanish Stock Exchange
- building business cases for new initiatives and products and actively contribute to projects ensuring that customer needs are represented and that business cases remain valid
- develop and maintain close relations with stakeholders both externally (clients, peers, competitors, providers, influencers) and internally (Sales, Change delivery, Operations and colleagues from other SIX areas and entities)

**What You Bring**:

- open, innovative, self-motivated, pragmatic person who delivers high quality work consistently
- analytics skills and used to work in a structured manner - experience in analytics tools such as Excel, Python, R or SQL is a plus
- good written and verbal communicator
- English is required. German is preferred. Other European languages (especially Spanish) useful but not essential
