**About the Job**
Reporting into the PA Rail Director, you will be responsible for Maintaining accounts of current customers, to protect current business, generate new business, assess market conditions, evaluate/set strategies and continuously improves customer satisfaction;
- Keep appraised of market trends in business as well a by competitors and actively communicate those within the organization;
- Prepares business and annual plans covering sales and marketing budgets;
- Participates in industry-related shows, conferences, associations and technical sessions to maintain an up-to-date shown understanding of the industry.
- Develop, plan and find opportunities to direct the future growth of the business through new products, markets and services that fit the core competencies of the future strategic direction of the company;
- Analyze and report on key results to management;
- Develop and maintain an active customer and influencer network;
- Supports and implements marketing activities by using conventional and social media channels, participation at exhibitions if requested;
- Supports an efficient Sales Project Management from concept through to realization of the order.
- Implementation of the strategy in a targeted manner, pursues sales opportunities and sets the vital priorities in order to effectively meet the customer satisfaction and company goals
- Active collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at the Trelleborg AVS locations- Master degree in Business or Engineering is desirable.-
- Will have approximately 1-5 years' sales experience, with specific experience in the rail industry being advantageous.-
- You must be proficient in English as well as German.-
- Key competences are strong planning, effective implementation skills, persuasion, selling skills, problem solving, ability to communicate and coordinate tasks and requirements, ability to handle a sophisticated work environment and multitask.**Application Process**
