This is your chance to kickstart your career in the sportswear industry Become part of On's first rotational development program - the Product Creation Academy. The 24-month journey is designed to develop you into a true functional expert with the potential to become a future leader in our dynamic organization. You will have the unique opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the product creation process by rotating through 4 different teams (i.e. Product Strategy, Product Technical Creation, Costing & Sourcing, Operations or Innovation). As if this wouldn't be exciting enough, you will get to spend one of those rotations on our Vietnam team where you will learn first-hand what it takes to bring our products to life. To make sure you get the best out of your journey and development, one of our senior product creation leaders will be coaching and supporting you one-to-one throughout.

Your Team:
The Product Creation teams - are the ones that innovate, develop and design the next generation of products, materials, tools and processes to create what On stands for: functional, consumer centric sportswear that is driven by innovation and sustainability with the goal to ignite the human spirit through movement.

Your Mission:
Over the course of the program, you will get to work on 4 of the 5 teams including Product Strategy, Product Technical Creation, Costing & Sourcing, Operations or Innovation. From consumer research and building a compelling brief, to innovating with materials, learning to use 3D tools for digital creation, helping engineer and test prototypes, and supporting production and quality teams in the factories - over the 24-months, you will gain invaluable experience and a holistic understanding of the product creation process. It will set you up for success to start as a true functional expert in one of the teams with the potential to become a future leader in our dynamic organisation.

Your Story:

- You have a strong interest and passion for products, sporting goods, lifestyle or fashion across apparel and footwear
- You can identify yourself with the On spirits and are eager to learn and develop with a growth mindset
- You are completely new to the product creation world or have gathered first experiences in the field (no more than 18 months)
- You finished your education no longer than 2 years ago (could be but is not limited to BA, MA or any other educational program)
- You are fluent in English (written and verbal) and good communication skills
