Notre client, une entreprise pharmaceutique basé dans le Canton de Vaud et présente à l'internationale, recherche actuellement un **Team Leader Salle Blanche** pour son **équipe de nuit** (fixe) pour superviser et manager l'équipe de fabrication sous les référentiels GMP.

**VOS MISSIONS**:

- Gérer, planifier et organiser les activités quotidiennes des opérateurs dont vous avez la charge tout en s'assurant que les moyens de fabrications soient disponibles et conformes aux besoins.
- Être le point de contact avec la hiérarchie pour votre équipe
- Faire respecter toutes les règles d'hygiène, les BPF pour maximiser la qualité de la production
- Anticiper les besoins humains et matériels et mettre en place des KPIs pour la direction et l'amélioration continue de la production.
- Réaliser des investigations et participer à la mise en place de CAPAs.
- Gérer le planning de vos équipes et leur formation
- Si nécessaire, remplacer les autres team leader en cas d'absence.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Expérience en tant que chef d'équipe production de minimum 5 ans dans le domaine pharmaceutique ou des dispositifs médicaux.
- Très bonne connaissance de l'environnement salle blanche obligatoire.
- Leadership naturel et soucis du détail et de l'amélioration continue.
- Personne organisée et sachant apporter des idées en collaboration avec sa hiérarchie.
- Bon niveau d'anglais
- Connaissance des outils Lean serait un plus et de MS Office.
