**Medical Assistant 100%**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- In Zusammenarbeit mit einem motivierten Team stellen Sie einen kosteneffizienten Ablauf in der Praxis sicher und halten sich dabei an die definierten Standards
- Telefonischer, schriftlicher und persönlicher Kontakt mit Patienten
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Untersuchungen/Terminen in unserer Patientendatenbank (Basis Medisoft)
- Durchführung von arbeitsmedizinischen Voruntersuchungen an Aussenstandorten unseres Kunden (ca. 10x pro Jahr)
- Leistungserfassung und Leistungskontrolle sowie Pflege der Patientendaten
- Triage im Notfalldienst / Ambulatorium
- Diverse weitere administrative Arbeiten im Auftrag der Ärzte und des Leitungsteams
- Verantwortlich für die Wartung von Apotheken und Defibrillatoren
- Materialverwaltung und Bestellwesen für die Praxis
- Mitarbeit in der Qualitätsentwicklung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über eine in der Schweiz abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Praxisassistent/in (EFZ), Fachangestellte/r Gesundheit (FaGe)
- Sie sind eine belastbare, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Person, die Erfahrung und Freude an einem überaus lebhaften Betrieb hat
- Der freundliche, kompetente und persönliche Umgang mit den Patienten liegt Ihnen besonders am Herzen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre sorgfältige sowie speditive Arbeitsweise aus
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse mindestens B2
- Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein der Kategorie B
- Sie sind eine verantwortungsbewusste und flexible Persönlichkeit
