Medical Project & Team Assistant (m/w/d) 80-100%

**Standort**: Basel

**Position**:
In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie die Business Unit Medizin. Die Anstellung erfolgt über einen externen Dienstleister im temporären Arbeitsverhältnis auf unbestimmte Zeit (allenfalls mehrjähriger Einsatz).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Projektmanagement und Einreichung von Systemanwendungen (z. B. Veeva)
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien, SOP’s und lokaler Vorschriften (Überprüfung von VEEVA-genehmigten Notizen)
- Bereitstellung von administrativer, operationeller und umfassender logistischer Unterstützung für die Medizinabteilung (Sponsoring, Eventprozess, Reiseunterstützung)
- Unterstützung und/oder Leitung spezifischer medizinischer Projekte (Prozessbewertung, Forschungspreise)

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Stufe EFZ
- 2-3 Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Pharmaumfeld
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse der lokalen Schweizer Vorschriften und Regulatorien erwünscht
- Vertiefte MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Einhaltung hoher ethischer Standards
