Administrative Support
- Support and assist Manager and direct report / LT members with administration requirements
- Organization of departmental meetings and special events in Switzerland and internationally
- As a QTC (Quality Training Coordinator) you will oversee the creation, distribution, and management of training materials, ensuring that the right content reaches the right learners to support job readiness and compliance
- Organization of business trips
- Organize and maintain records for invoices, expenses and financial records
- Manage contractors, contracts and suppliers
**Qualifications**
- _ Minimum 5 years of experience as administrative assistant in a pharmaceutical environment_
- _ Experience working within a Pharmaceutical/scientific environment_
- _ Good IT skills (Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint)_
- _ Fluent in English_
