Pour notre client, très belle maison horlogère basé à Bienne, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Regional Brand Manager.

**Vos responsabilités**:
En tant que Regional Brand Manager & Project Leader, vous serez responsable de l'établissement des plans d'affaires et marketing annuels pour les différents marchés sur un scope international.

Vous participerez activement au développement du réseau de distributeurs.

Vous mettez en œuvre une stratégie commerciale avec les distributeurs en fonction des exigences du marché.

Vous participez à la formation des différents coordinateurs des ventes et marketing.

Vous collaborez avec d'autres départements internes pour contribuer à la stratégie globale de l'entreprise et atteindre vos objectifs.

**Votre profil**:
Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire à dimension internationale, avec la gestion de grands comptes, des distributeurs et des filiales.

Une bonne connaissance des marchés européens serait un réel atout.

Vous êtes issu(e) du monde du Retail, une bonne connaissance du secteur horloger serait un plus.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Office / SAP.

Vous êtes doté(e) d’un esprit analytique et stratégique.

Vous êtes disposé(e) à voyager (environ 40%).

De langue maternelle française ou allemande, vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans l’une des deux langues. La maitrise de l’allemand est recommandée.
