**THE JOB**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise and participate in establishing the yearly business and marketing plans for the defined subsidiaries
- Reach the quantitative and qualitative objectives set for the year
- Consolidate and develop network of distributors
- Develop business strategy with distributors as per market requirements
- Conduct training events and product presentations to local teams
- Provide on regular basis global sales analysis to Senior Management
- Oversee the brand pricing policy across all markets
- Monitor and coordinate major wholesale E-commerce projects with all subsidiaries & agents
- Collaborate with other departments to contribute in defining the company global strategy
- Cooperate with other Swatch Group brand organizations

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- University degree in sales or similar
- Experience in the watch industry as well as in sales handling key accounts, distributors, subsidiaries
- Analytical and strategical thinking, goal oriented
- Team spirit, open minded and communicative
- Hard worker, flexible and committed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Native French or German speaker, proficiency in written and spoken English; any additional language are an added value
