Junior Consultant Marketing and Business Development

As a Junior Consultant in Marketing and Business Development, you will be involved in the planning and execution of various marketing and business development activities such as campaign execution, proposal process, collateral development, etc. You are working closely with the Marketing & Business Development team members. We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible.

Tasks
- Support the team in the proposal process
- Support the team with the implementation of campaigns such as client mailings, newsletter, social media activities etc.
- Develop internal and external content for the firm (templates, presentations, etc.)
- Review and adjust client material such as presentations
- Daily support on our Salesforce CRM (reporting, data cleaning, etc.)
- Contribute with information and ideas to enhance our processes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the marketing and BD plans

**Requirements**:

- You have first experience in a marketing and / or business development role preferably in an B2B environment
- You have a high digital affinity
- You have a flair for writing appealing texts and creating effective designs, especially with PowerPoint
- You have a high affinity for Marketing and Business Development Topics
- Ability to work in a fast-evolving environment and are open to change
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind
- You are fluent in German and English and if you speak French that would be even better
