In dieser Position beraten Sie mittlere und grosse Unternehmen in verschiedenen Branchen. Auf der Basis Ihrer Erfahrung und Ihrer Marktkenntnisse erarbeiten Sie Lösungskonzepte für optimierte Kommunikationsprozesse (Telefonie, Video Conferencing, Team Collaboration, Contact Center, Alarmierung, Mobilität).

Für die Umsetzung evaluieren Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit den kundenseitigen Fachstellen wirtschaftliche Lösungen für die technische Gestaltung sowie den Betrieb und den Unterhalt. In der Realisierungsphase begleiten Sie fachlich und methodisch die Planung und Umsetzung der Migrationsphase bis zur abgeschlossenen Implementation des operativen Betriebs.

Als Grundlage für diese spannende Aufgabe verfügen Sie über
- einen Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in Konzeption und Design von modernen Kommunikationslösungen
- Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Qualitätssicherung

Eine gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse sind weitere Voraussetzungen.

Sie werden sorgfältig in ihr Arbeitsumfeld eingeführt als Teil eines motivierten Teams erfahrener Senior Consultants. Teamarbeit ist der Kern unserer Firmenkultur. Wichtige Fragestellungen, z.B. zur Methodik des Vorgehens, zu organisatorischen oder technischen Aspekten werden im Team besprochen. Wir fördern aktiv ihre Weiterbildung. Schrittweise übernehmen Sie Aufgabestellungen und Mandate in Eigenverantwortung.
